The Fife Arms
The Fife Arms is a former Victorian coaching inn situated within the magnificent Cairngorms National Park. The hotel is positioned at the heart of the historic village of Braemar. A passion project conceived of by its owners Iwan and Manuela Wirth, The Fife Arms brings together Scottish heritage, craftsmanship and culture with world-class contemporary art and a strong sense of community.
I wanted to shift the scale of works that I've done before... some walls now seem to be echoing the flow of the river here which is an arm of the River Dee...
