Leadership at Artfarm is about people, not position, and possessing the kindness and courage to do what’s right, even when that’s not the easiest path.

Great leaders are always evolving, which is why we offer an annual calendar of development opportunities, including regular training, workshops and psychometric tools that build self-awareness, strengthen teams and support consistent leadership practice.
